B2B Sales Representative (Interior Design & Construction)

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to take ownership of their lead nurturing and consultation process. In this role, you will be the face of the company for prospective clients, guiding them from their initial interest through to a signed quote. Your primary focus will be on qualifying leads, conducting professional sales consultations over Zoom, and closing deals within our specialized interior design finish market.

Client Overview:

A growing leader in the construction and interior design industry, specializing in high-quality finishes. The company leverages a digital-first approach to sales, using an e-commerce platform and a consultation-heavy funnel to deliver tailored solutions to both B2B and B2C clients.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40h per week aligned with Australian business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to business leads and the general public via email and phone
  • Follow up on inbound leads to ensure high attendance for scheduled Zoom consultations
  • Qualify prospects by analyzing project scopes against our service offerings
  • Lead one-on-one sales consultations via Zoom to present personalized quotes
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline and document all interactions within the CRM
  • Drive revenue growth by closing deals and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the lead-to-close conversion funnel

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, specifically within construction or interior design
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals over video conferencing platforms
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline health
  • High attention to detail when preparing and explaining technical project quotes
  • Strong self-management skills with a result-driven professional mindset
  • Bonus if you have experience with Shopify or e-commerce quoting systems
