Job Overview
Our client is seeking a results-oriented App Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize mobile app marketing campaigns across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This role will focus on app user acquisition, App Store Optimization (ASO), paid app advertising, keyword research, conversion rate optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience growing mobile apps and understands the full app marketing lifecycle.

Our client is a fast-growing, AI-driven financial services business launching a new online tax agent platform for the Australian market. Their focus is on delivering modern, scalable digital tax solutions supported by strong performance marketing across multiple paid media channels.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize app acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms
- Develop and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for both iOS and Android applications
- Conduct keyword research and optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, screenshots, and creative assets
- Monitor app performance metrics including installs, retention, engagement, and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI
- Coordinate with designers and developers to implement marketing assets and app store updates
- Perform competitor research and identify opportunities to improve app visibility and rankings
- Manage app store listings and ensure all content remains accurate and optimized
- Track industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging app growth strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports and growth recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile app marketing, user acquisition, or app growth roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads
- Demonstrated success with App Store Optimization (ASO) for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Experience using app analytics and attribution platforms such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of mobile app KPIs including CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, and lifetime value
- Experience conducting keyword research and app store conversion optimization
- Experience marketing subscription-based or SaaS mobile applications is highly desirable
