What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted finance partner, you'll help business leaders understand performance, evaluate opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions through high-quality financial analysis and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining robust three-statement financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses
• Preparing executive-level financial reports, board packs, and investor-ready presentations
• Performing variance analysis to identify business trends, risks, and performance drivers
• Transforming large, complex datasets into meaningful financial insights and recommendations
• Developing dashboards and visual reports that support executive decision-making
• Identifying opportunities to automate and improve financial reporting processes
• Supporting strategic initiatives through ad hoc financial analysis and commercial modelling
• Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver accurate, high-quality financial outcomes across multiple engagements

What We're Looking For

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who combines strong technical FP&A capability with commercial thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve finance processes.

You'll ideally bring:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial reporting, or financial modelling
• Experience supporting fast-growing businesses, consulting firms, or multi-client environments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets modelling skills
• Strong experience developing complex financial models, forecasting scenarios, and executive reporting
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to improve financial analysis, modelling, reporting, research, and productivity
• Exposure to workflow automation tools and a genuine interest in identifying opportunities to streamline repetitive finance processes using AI and automation technologies
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly regarded
