Marketing, Design & Support Assistant (Adobe Creative Suite)

Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and customer-focused Marketing, Design & Support Assistant to support both their marketing and customer service functions while strengthening their growing consumer brand across digital and physical channels. This role combines graphic design and creative marketing with customer support, making it ideal for someone with an eye for design and excellent communication skills. You will enjoy producing engaging marketing assets while ensuring customers receive an outstanding, high-quality experience.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney/Australian Time (Includes a 30-minute paid break)

Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media using the company's customer service platform
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, order enquiries, warranties, returns, and general support
  • Liaise with the company's third-party logistics (3PL) provider to resolve delivery, fulfilment, and inventory-related issues
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback across relevant platforms
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required
  • Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive) for day-to-day communication and administrative tasks

Marketing & Graphic Design

  • Design engaging social media content and digital marketing assets
  • Create graphics for EDM campaigns and website banners
  • Design product packaging, instruction manuals, and product inserts
  • Produce point-of-sale (POS) materials for retail partners
  • Create product listing images and upload new products to the Shopify website
  • Assist with website merchandising and ongoing visual improvements
  • Develop creative assets to support product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or similar creative role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience producing both digital and print marketing materials (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Experience with EDM platforms or website management systems (Klaviyo and Shopify preferred)
  • Experience with video editing (CapCut preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual design
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
