The client is a property development firm specializing in custom fit-out furniture orders for developers. Alongside their core business, they operate a lucrative e-commerce branch selling products through seven Facebook Marketplace profiles across multiple Australian states.

Job Description

This role is dedicated to the operational management of high-volume Facebook Marketplace listings. You will be responsible for the accuracy and consistency of product advertisements across multiple seller profiles, following established processes to ensure peak listing performance and preparing for expansion into direct customer communication.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule from Monday To Friday but need to finish to allocated tasks by the end of business hours (6 pm Australian time each day) Australian Business Hours (AEST/AEDT); 20h per week

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across multiple Facebook Marketplace profiles in various Australian states
• Delete, repost, and update advertisements using detailed spreadsheet data and documented processes
• Ensure listing accuracy and brand consistency across all marketplace seller profiles
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage communication pipelines as the role evolves
• Monitor listing performance and flag removals or platform restrictions proactively
• Support the expansion of product listings to additional online marketplace platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured, repetitive processes with high accuracy
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate assumptions when listing data is unclear
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple seller profiles simultaneously
• Strong written communication skills for professional customer interaction
• Bonus if you have experience with VPN software
• It helps if you have previously managed e-commerce for furniture or property-related products
