Our client is a growing property services business focused on delivering professional building and pest inspection services. As they continue to expand their digital presence, our client is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Google Ads Specialist to help increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and build a strong online presence from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will manage digital marketing initiatives across paid search and social media, combining data-driven advertising with creative content creation to grow a brand and generate measurable business results.

Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase search visibility and generate qualified enquiries
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across relevant platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Design graphics and edit short-form videos using client-provided content and assets
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with business owners to develop marketing messaging, campaign ideas, and content strategies
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital marketing channels
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing using industry-standard tools
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media best practices
- Experience interpreting campaign analytics and making data-driven optimisation decisions
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects
- Experience building a brand's digital presence from an early stage is highly regarded
- Experience marketing businesses within property services, trades, construction, or related industries is an advantage
