Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Overcome objections and build trust with potential customers.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales or service team.
- Close sales over the phone when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and text messages as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Work closely with management to improve scripts and sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telesales, cold calling, or inside sales, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication, active listening, objection-handling, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales dialers; familiarity with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, dependable, coachable, and able to work independently with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve KPIs and earn performance-based incentives.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office; experience selling home services over the phone or working in the home services industry is preferred.
