JOB OVERVIEW
This is a full-time remote position for a creative graphic designer who can also provide social media support. The role requires working on diverse projects across various industries, delivering modern design work that meets UK and international creative standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with periodic team communication and delivering quick turnaround times on varied design projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create diverse design materials ranging from corporate newsletters to restaurant menus and marketing collateral for clients across multiple industries.

Design websites and digital assets using modern design tools and platforms.

Provide social media support and content creation as needed.

Participate in regular team meetings and maintain communication through video calls and messaging platforms.

Complete design projects with quick turnaround times while working independently during off-hours.

Adapt design style to suit various client types from charities to restaurants to construction companies. Complete test projects during the interview process to demonstrate skills and speed.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Strong proficiency in Figma for website design work. 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Portfolio demonstrating modern, contemporary design work across various industries and project types (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

Excellent communication skills for clear understanding of client needs and project briefs.

Ability to work flexibly with overlap during UK business hours for real-time collaboration.

Experience working for a design agency or with diverse client portfolios.
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
