Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 6 PM, EST; Part-time (20 hours per week) 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an organic social media growth strategy tailored to the fintech and crypto space

• Create educational and engaging content that simplifies complex topics such as blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets for a general audience

• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms to build trust and credibility

• Schedule and publish content consistently to maximize reach and audience engagement

• Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve organic growth and lead generation

• Research trending topics and hashtags within the fintech and crypto communities to increase visibility

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in social media management within the fintech, crypto, or financial services industry

• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tokenization concepts

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into accessible content, and fluent in English

• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional brand voice

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Portfolio showcasing previous social media work in a relevant or niche industry
