HVAC Lead Generation Specialist (UAE Market)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist specializing in HVAC ducting and installation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across the UAE market, specifically targeting Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Mon - Fri - 8am - 5pm UAE Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new HVAC project opportunities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi through directories, online platforms, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to prospective clients to generate qualified project leads
  • Source leads for new ducting installations (PI and GI) and air conditioning system projects
  • Compile and deliver organized lead lists to the internal sales team for closing
  • Track and report on lead generation activity and pipeline progress on a daily and weekly basis
  • Continuously explore new channels and methods to expand the project lead pipeline
  • Outreach via cold calls, emails, project directories, LinkedIn, and other online channels
  • Set up and use a VoIP dialer with a UAE number provided by the client

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or construction-related industries
  • Familiarity with the UAE market, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic and Hindi language skills are highly preferred
  • Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to work independently
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to meet lead delivery targets with minimal supervision
