Sales Closer
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound hot leads from customers seeking moving services and close deals over the phone
- Guide prospective customers through service options including local, long-distance, cross-province, and cross-border moves
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business partners during lower seasons using provided call lists and scripts
- Set appointments and coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate on inbound inquiries
- Track and update lead status and customer interactions in the company's systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inbound sales or closing roles, preferably in a service-based industry
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with an energetic and enthusiastic communication style
- Ability to handle objections confidently and guide customers toward a buying decision
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and charming phone presence
- Comfortable working rotating schedules including weekends
Scope:
- Friday to Tuesday, 10:30am to 7pm Mountain with a 30-minute unpaid break
- Primarily focused on converting warm and hot inbound leads (approximately 95% of workload)
- Light outbound prospecting during off-peak seasons using pre-built contact lists and talking points
- Initial probation period on salary only, transitioning to salary plus commission structure
- Reporting to the business owner and operational manager
