Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Loan Processor & Social Media Coordinator to join our real estate finance firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this unique full-time remote role (40 hours/week, EST), you will balance operational support with creative marketing by managing loan documentation pipelines and executing client outreach. Simultaneously, you will drive business growth by creating and posting engaging marketing content across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email campaigns. This position is ideal for an organized multi-tasker eager to impact both administrative efficiency and brand visibility.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm EST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Loan Pipeline Management: Monitor and follow up on active loans via phone and email to ensure timely progression through the process.
  • Document Tracking: Collect and track outstanding loan documents from clients and relevant parties.
  • Client Outreach: Contact previous customers to discuss new loan opportunities and generate repeat business.
  • Social Media Creation: Create and post content about different loan products across multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and potentially TikTok.
  • Email Marketing: Develop marketing email content for distribution to prospects and existing customers.
  • Brand Engagement: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence with regular updates and engagement.
  • Admin Support: Perform general administrative tasks related to loan file management and customer communications.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with social media content creation and platform management.
  • Excellent communication skills for phone-based customer follow-up.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively between loan processing and marketing duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate, mortgage, or loan processing environments.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook and standard business software.
  • Background in customer relationship management (CRM) or client retention activities.
