Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Inside Sales Specialist (B2B) who will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, conducting discovery conversations, presenting the client's services, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who understands consultative selling, objection handling, relationship building, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, self-discipline, excellent follow-up habits, and the ability to independently manage your sales pipeline while consistently achieving performance targets.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified leads through outbound prospecting while conducting discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Present the client's digital marketing solutions confidently and provide consultative recommendations to build trust.
- Consistently close new business opportunities while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and update records accurately using the CRM.
- Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up and manage multiple opportunities to maintain high conversion rates.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, respond promptly to enquiries, and build long-term relationships based on trust.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and continuously improve product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets (digital marketing, SaaS, or tech preferred).
- Strong closing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills supported by measurable achievements.
- Professional in spoken and written English with a professional, engaging phone manner and strong active listening skills.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities with the confidence to communicate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building genuine client relationships.
- High personal accountability and self-management skills to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks without supervision.
- Home office setup including high-speed internet, a quiet environment, a modern computer, a noise-cancelling headset, and proficiency in CRM/Google Workspace.
Commissions
Generous commissions are paid for the right candidates on sales conversions based on met KPIs.
