Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Insurance Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in streamlining operations for their contractor clients. In this full-time remote role, you will manage end-to-end insurance quoting processes, handle key client communications, and ensure seamless administrative support. Responsibilities
- Quote Processing: Assist with obtaining, processing, and executing insurance quotes explicitly tailored for contractor clients.
- Client Communications: Handle incoming client calls and conduct proactive outbound follow-ups to gather necessary information with a professional phone manner.
- Data Synthesis: Collect, organize, and format client data required for quoting general liability, workers' compensation, and adjacent commercial insurance products.
- Bilingual Support: Communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure a clear, accurate, and culturally competent exchange of information.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain highly accurate records, verification logs, and compliance documentation throughout the quoting and client onboarding pipelines.
- Administrative Operations: Perform day-to-day back-office administrative tasks to support smooth, efficient office operations.
Requirements
- Insurance Footprint: Foundational knowledge or direct background in the U.S. insurance industry, including familiarity with general liability and workers' compensation frameworks.
- Linguistic Standard: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Operational Habits: High level of attention to detail when handling sensitive client information, underwriting criteria, and specific insurance codes.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tracking tasks simultaneously under minimal supervision.
