Job Overview
Our client is looking for an Inbound Appointment Setter (GoHighLevel CRM) who will serve as the first point of contact for all inbound leads generated through paid Facebook campaigns. In this role, you will respond immediately to inbound leads, perform persistent follow-ups, and engage prospects in consultative conversations to confidently handle objections and guide them toward a desired outcome. Success requires high self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to maximize booking and show rates.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Respond to warm inbound leads from Facebook ads within minutes of submission to maximize conversion potential.
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads who were unresponsive or came in outside of working hours.
- Confirm booked appointments and perform multiple pre-call check-ins to increase show rates.
- Engage leads in consultative conversations to understand their needs and persuade them to book a call.
- Update lead records in GoHighLevel (or similar CRM) by moving leads between pipeline stages and adding detailed call notes.
- Manage a projected volume of 50–70 leads per week across outbound follow-ups and inbound responses.
- Track and report on setting rates, contact rates, and show rates to support continuous improvement and align with target KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or outbound sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills suited to engaging Australian business owners.
- High level of confidence in handling objections and guiding prospects toward booking a confirmed sales call.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay responsive throughout the day.
- Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong attention to detail when logging call outcomes and maintaining accurate lead records.
- Ability to operate consistently within Australian business hours to ensure timely lead response and follow-up.
