Client Overview
A growing digital marketing services company that specialises in lead generation and appointment setting for diverse industries. They work with service-based businesses including cleaning companies and pest control companies, helping them secure qualified prospects and business opportunities. The company operates under investor oversight and maintains high performance standards with clear accountability metrics.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST, with a 30-minute unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for the company and its clients across various service industries
- Book appointments and quotations for client representatives to visit prospects on-site
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns using the Microsoft Teams platform
- Act on behalf of clients (cleaning companies, pest control companies, etc.) to secure business meetings
- Maintain detailed appointment and lead tracking records in Excel spreadsheets
- Provide daily email reports of booking activities and conversion results
- Follow established scripts and processes while adapting to different client needs
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with consistent performance standards
- Meet measurable booking targets within the first two weeks of starting
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting with a track record of consistent results
- Experience working Australian business hours or a willingness to adapt to this schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams for calling activities and Excel for detailed reporting and tracking
- Experience working with service-based businesses like cleaning or pest control companies is a plus
- Experience working in environments with investor oversight or high-accountability performance metrics is helpful
- Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits
