Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our remote team. In this role, you will streamline processes—from onboarding agents to tracking marketing tasks—ensuring our day-to-day operations run seamlessly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple priorities, we want you on our team.
Schedule
Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for agents.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
- Track and coordinate marketing tasks to ensure projects are completed by the Nest Seekers Design team.
- Create and update training guides and process documentation.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Support the team with other operational and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
