Overview

Our client is looking for a creative Content Creator & Social Media Growth Specialist who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution to transition their growing brand into a dynamic, creator-driven growth phase. Working directly with the founder, you will take full ownership of primary accounts to build an organic audience through viral short-form videos and AI-integrated media across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. This fast-paced role is perfect for a specialist who deeply understands how to hook an audience and leverage the latest digital tools to drive massive organic virality.

Schedule:

• Full Time - 40h per week - flexible schedule, but some overlap with the European Central Time zone is needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy focused on organic growth and virality.
• Create engaging short-form video content, including talking head videos and AI-generated media.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content using tools such as CapCut and AI asset generation platforms.
• Post content consistently and actively engage with followers to build an active community.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt the brand strategy to capitalize on emerging viral opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to ideate, plan, and refine the brand's creative direction.
• Manage the day-to-day content production and posting schedule independently.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing a brand's social media presence with measurable results.
• Strong video editing and content production skills specifically for short-form formats (Reels/TikTok).(APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Proficiency in generating and integrating AI-created assets into content workflows.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, and virality mechanics.
• Ability to work independently and take full creative ownership of content output.
• Bonus if you have experience growing personal or founder-led brand accounts.
• It helps if you are comfortable appearing on camera for talking head content.
