Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Paid Media Specialist with strong experience managing and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. This role focuses on driving performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Yelp Ads, as well as remarketing and geofencing strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and able to present clear, data-backed case studies of successful campaigns.
Client Overview:
The client is a compensation claims firm similar to a law firm that specializes in assisting veterans who have been injured in their line of duty. They work closely with government agencies and require strong administrative support to manage client communications and claims processing.
Schedule:
- Mon - Friday 9am - 2pm PST (5 hours per day, 25 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and Yelp
- Build and optimize remarketing and geofencing campaigns to improve conversion performance
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, placements, and funnels
- Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR) and optimize campaigns accordingly every week
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Present case studies and prior campaign performance with supporting analytics
- Provide feedback on creative strategy for ad campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategy with business objectives
- Identify scaling opportunities and budget allocation improvements
- Set up and troubleshoot Pixel and Tag Manager conversion tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and geofencing softwares
- Experience with remarketing, funnel optimization, and geofencing strategies
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into strategy
- Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results (ROAS, CPA improvement, etc.)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Must have experience with Notion and Metricool
- Must be able to work independently and pivot accordingly
