Job Overview
Our client is seeking a results-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads, sales, and measurable ROI.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and negative-keyword management.
- Improve campaign performance against CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, revenue, and lead-quality targets.
- Create and test ad copy, campaign assets, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing-page recommendations.
- Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Monitor budgets, optimize spend, and identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, policy changes, and PPC best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
- Proven experience managing lead-generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign profitability.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally during video calls with clients.
