Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Website Developer to lead the redevelopment and consolidation of three existing company websites into one modern, high-performing website. This is a full-time project-based role that will continue until the new website has been successfully designed, developed, tested, and launched. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building premium, media-rich websites and be confident integrating video content, interactive features, and modern design elements while ensuring excellent performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

• Project-based (continuing until the website redevelopment project is complete)

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of three existing websites into one cohesive, professional website.
• Develop a modern, visually impressive website that reflects the company's brand and professionalism.
• Build responsive pages that perform seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrate high-quality video, animations, and other multimedia content without compromising website performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional website features.
• Improve website speed, SEO, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Ensure all existing content is accurately migrated and organized within the new website.
• Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance throughout the development process.
• Manage website deployment and provide post-launch support as required.
• Recommend improvements and modern web technologies where appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Website Developer or Full-Stack Web Developer.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality, visually appealing websites.
• Strong proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP (if applicable), and Responsive web development.
• Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (React, Vue, Next.js, or similar is highly regarded).
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Experience integrating video, multimedia, and interactive website features.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience redesigning or consolidating multiple websites into a single platform.
• Experience working with premium corporate or high-profile websites.
• Knowledge of hosting environments, DNS management, and website deployment.
• Experience with website security and ongoing maintenance.
• Basic graphic design or UI design skills are an advantage.
