Social Media Content Manager

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Content Manager to transform rich internal knowledge and a vibrant company culture into a consistent, engaging online presence. Reporting directly to the Director, your primary mission is to elevate marketing workflows from ad-hoc and sporadic to structured, professional, and highly impactful. Instead of starting from scratch, you will mine a wealth of internal content, training materials, and team wins, crafting them into compelling narratives across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day, AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a structured social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to ensure a reliable posting cadence.
  • Mine internal systems—including Microsoft Teams chat wins, training transcripts, course outlines, and archived resources—to create polished, public-facing posts.
  • Highlight workplace culture initiatives, celebrate client milestones, and showcase internal reward and recognition frameworks.
  • Design visually cohesive, high-quality graphics and layouts using digital design tools that align perfectly with established brand guidelines.
  • Craft targeted, engaging content to promote secondary services, including the online learning platform, digital resources, specialized courses, and a proprietary training program.
  • Monitor social media channels, manage online interactions, and respond to community comments and direct messages warmly and professionally.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to optimize content reach, brand awareness, and audience engagement levels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end social media management and content creation for a professional brand across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Resourceful and semi-independent ability to extract raw training documents or internal chat threads and translate them into compelling public narratives.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating crisp, modern, and on-brand visual assets appropriate for the healthcare sector.
  • Professional written English communication skills with a sharp eye for tone, grammar, and rendering clinical concepts accessible to the public.
  • High attention to detail with an organized, structured approach to hitting weekly deliverables and posting deadlines.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated mindset to work effectively under remote direction with minimal hands-on intervention.
  • Strong project management and time-management capabilities to maintain a consistent marketing calendar.

Independent Contractor Perks

  • Permanent work from home
  • Immediate hiring
