Your Role: B2B Appointment Setter / Telesales Caller
Schedule- Monday-Friday - 9 am to 5 pm GMT+4 Timezone
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to a targeted database of real estate brokerages and agencies in Dubai
- Deliver a scripted project brief to qualify agencies and generate interest in the company's residential developments
- Schedule appointments (Zoom, phone, or in-person meetings) between qualified brokerages and the internal sales team
- Perform consistent follow-ups with agencies that were unreachable or required additional touchpoints
- Maintain detailed call logs and status updates in a Google Sheet or Excel tracker on an agency-by-agency basis
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team on call outcomes, agency receptiveness, and pipeline status
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound calling, appointment setting, or telesales, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner
- Ability to follow a structured call script while adapting naturally to conversations
- High level of attention to detail when tracking and reporting call activity
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily call targets
- Comfortable working with international contacts across different time zones
Scope:
- Work through a prioritized list of approximately 2,000–2,500 targeted brokerages as part of Phase 1 outreach
- Qualify agencies based on their relevance, market activity, and receptiveness to the company's developments
- Act as the frontline representative of the company, creating a positive first impression with potential brokerage partners
- Hand off qualified leads and scheduled meetings to the internal sales team for deeper engagement
- Contribute to measurable KPIs including calls made, conversations held, and appointments booked
