Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist B2B
Position Summary
The Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating qualified B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete approximately 100 outbound calls per day.
- Use Flair Diffusers' sales script to introduce products and services.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Transfer qualified opportunities to sales representatives.
- Follow up on promotional campaigns and previous prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
- Track lead progression until handoff to Sales.
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
- Confident and professional phone communication.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred).
- Excellent English and French communication skills.
- 100 outbound calls per day
