Schedule

• Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm with overtime needed on request, Singapore Time; 40hrs a week

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual direction for annual and sustainability reports for listed organizations
• Develop creative design concepts that align with client branding and stakeholder engagement objectives
• Collaborate with account servicing teams to translate client requirements into compelling visual layouts
• Maintain brand consistency and design quality across all publication projects
• Support the creative development of websites and marketing communication materials as needed
• Iterate on designs based on client feedback while preserving the integrity of the approved creative direction

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience designing and delivering annual reports or similar corporate publications
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to ideate creative solutions for complex, content-heavy documents
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other industry-standard design tools
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote, cross-cultural team environment

Scope

• Work across multiple client projects spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong markets
• Follow the Singapore office holiday calendar and be available for overtime during peak reporting seasons
• Collaborate closely with the publishing and account servicing teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and creative output of the APAC hub
