Job Overview
Our client is seeking a driven and resilient Appointment Setter & Cold Calling Specialist to generate qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound cold calling to service-based businesses across the US market, specifically within the HVAC, med spa, and tattoo studio industries. This role is responsible for identifying qualified prospects, overcoming objections, and scheduling appointments for the business owner to close. The ideal candidate has proven cold calling experience, excellent communication skills with a neutral or soft accent, and the ability to stay motivated in a high-rejection environment. Monday - Friday, 11am-5pm CST 1hr unpaid lunch (25 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to service-based businesses across HVAC, med spa, and tattoo studio niches in the US market.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects by identifying established businesses with genuine potential for digital marketing services.
- Appointment Setting: Set and schedule qualified sales appointments for the business owner to close.
- Activity Tracking: Log all call activity, lead details, and outcomes in Google Sheets, documenting metrics such as dials, conversations, lead status, and source niche.
- Quality Assurance: Record three to five calls daily to be utilized for internal quality review and routine coaching sessions.
- Performance Optimization: Participate in scheduled review calls to discuss baseline performance, refine pitch delivery, and systematically improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Sales Footprint: Proven outbound cold calling and appointment setting experience directly targeting the US B2B market.
- Linguistic Standard: Strong English pronunciation, clear articulation, and excellent communication skills.
- Market Familiarity: Strong foundational familiarity with how US service-based businesses operate.
- Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections confidently, navigate gatekeepers, and maintain composure in a high-rejection environment.
- Data Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage high daily call volumes and maintain detailed, error-free lead tracking sheets.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet daily KPIs.
