Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sydney Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage all customer interactions via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally
- Schedule and optimize technician appointments using ServiceM8 and Google Maps, considering location, travel time, and technician specialization
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, applying predefined discounts when appropriate
- Handle invoice generation and implement a multi-step follow-up process for overdue payments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day financial administration
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all administrative tasks
- Manage social media presence, creating and scheduling posts three times per week
- Conduct job audits to ensure complete and accurate information in ServiceM8
- Adapt workflows to manage seasonal fluctuations in business demand
- Handle emergency calls with calmness and efficiency, especially for termite situations
Requirements
- Proficiency in using job management software, preferably ServiceM8
- Experience with Google Maps for route optimization
- Basic understanding of social media management and content creation
- Experience with Xero bookkeeping software, invoice management, and basic bookkeeping principles
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Australian business practices
