Job Overview
Our client is looking for a relationship-driven and proactive Customer Retention Sales Specialist to focus exclusively on customer retention, re-engagement, and account growth. In this role, you will revitalize relationships with past clients through personalized outreach, follow up with existing accounts to secure repeat orders, and drive sign-ups across private dining, meal prep, and pop-up event service lines. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills who can work independently to meet target objectives and seamlessly coordinate client handoffs with internal leadership.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Re-engage past clients through personalized outreach tied to milestones and occasions (e.g., anniversaries, seasonal events).
- Follow up with meal prep clients to gather feedback and secure repeat orders.
- Drive client sign-ups for private dining, meal prep, and pop-up event services.
- Schedule appointments with Troy for payment collection and service confirmation.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Prepare sales-related documents and sign-up forms for client onboarding.
- Coordinate directly with Troy on scheduling and client handoffs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer retention, re-engagement, or outbound sales.
- Professional English verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and nurture long-term client relationships.
- High level of attention to detail when tracking client histories and follow-up schedules.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
