Job Overview:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (35 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic sales operations to meet and exceed company targets
  • Engage potential customers through compelling communication, showcasing innovative healthcare solutions
  • Close high-value deals while maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Handle sensitive health information with utmost care, adhering to strict privacy protocols
  • Utilize secure, state-of-the-art software systems for efficient sales operations
  • Collaborate with a global team to share best practices and drive company growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to expand market reach

Requirements:

  • Submit a short video introduction to demonstrate verbal communication skills and English proficiency
  • Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Strong, reliable internet connection with backup options to ensure uninterrupted client interactions
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and willingness to learn new secure software platforms
  • Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
