Join our team as an expert Jamf Pro Administrator (Apple & Intune Integration) specializing in Apple ecosystem management across multi-tenant environments. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune to ensure seamless compliance, robust security baselines, and scalable configuration patterns for diverse client portfolios. Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM includes 1-hour unpaid break Southington, CT Time (8 hours a day/40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Administer Jamf Pro across multiple client tenants, including device enrollment (Automated Device Enrollment/ADE), configuration profiles, policies, smart groups, and patch management for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
• Configure and maintain Jamf as a third-party compliance connector for Microsoft Intune, integrating Apple device compliance signals into Conditional Access workflows.
• Coordinate with existing Intune policy architecture (Conditional Access, app protection, compliance policies) to ensure Apple devices report compliance state correctly into Entra ID.
• Build and maintain reusable, multi-tenant configuration patterns — profiles, policies, and workflows designed to be cloned consistently across clients.
• Support Apple MDM enrollment, App Store/VPP and managed app deployment, FileVault, and security baselines.
• Document configurations and create runbooks, with emphasis on the why behind each implementation.
• Assist with troubleshooting enrollment, compliance check-in, and profile propagation issues on Apple devices.
• Support CMMC-aligned device hardening and compliance documentation where applicable.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Jamf 200 Certification (current)
• Jamf 300 Certification (current)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Jamf Pro in production.
• Working knowledge of the Jamf ↔ Intune third-party compliance partner integration and Microsoft Entra Conditional Access is preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of Apple platform management: ADE/ABM, configuration profiles, FileVault, supervised devices, and managed app deployment.
• Strong documentation habits and comfort working independently in a multi-client MSP environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Jamf 400 Certification or Jamf Certified Expert.
• Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and broader endpoint security tooling.
• Scripting experience (shell/bash) for automation and reusable workflows.
