Schedule

Flexible, 40 hours per week, within 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT (shifts: 3:00 AM–12:00 PM or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM CT depending on needs)
Responsibilities
- Attend weekly support team meetings (Tuesdays)
- Participate in company and staff meetings when possible outside of shift hours
- Integrate with company systems and tools for customer communication
- Collaborate with a distributed team across Latin America, the Philippines, and the United States
- Work closely with the hiring manager and team leads to meet support objectives
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills for customer interactions
- Experience in customer support or customer service roles
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside of regular shift hours
- Proficiency with customer support tools and systems
