Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing & Brand Communications Specialist to manage and execute our digital marketing activities across multiple channels. In this role, we will rely on you to develop, implement, and oversee marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, strengthen customer engagement, and support our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong digital marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage marketing campaigns, content creation, website updates, customer communications, and performance reporting. We are looking for someone who can effectively balance creativity with analytical thinking to enhance marketing performance, optimize campaign results, and build stronger relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage and maintain digital marketing channels, including website, email marketing, social media platforms, and online content
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Develop marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and product promotions
- Create and manage newsletters and direct email marketing campaigns
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogues, presentations, white papers, and other promotional content
Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update website content using platforms such as WIX and Shopify
- Ensure product pages, banners, blogs, and promotional content are current and optimised
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, user experience, and engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and customer experience
Product Marketing & Launches
- Support new product launches through digital campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and social media announcements
- Coordinate marketing activities to ensure product information is accurately communicated across channels
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to gather relevant product information, announcements, and marketing content
Customer & Supplier Communication
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain press releases, product updates, announcements, and other marketing information
- Work with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and promotional content
- Support business-to-business communication initiatives to strengthen customer relationships
Analytics, Reporting & CRM Management
- Track and report on marketing performance using relevant metrics and analytics
- Analyse campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Maintain and improve CRM/database accuracy, including customer segmentation and data management
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies
Brand Development & Events
- Support brand management initiatives and recommend improvements to marketing materials and overall brand presence
- Assist with planning marketing activities, conferences, trade events, and promotional activities
- Ensure appropriate marketing materials and resources are prepared for business events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand management
- Experience managing social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and digital channels
- Experience with website management platforms such as WIX, Shopify, or similar tools
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics
- Experience with CRM systems and database management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
- Preferred qualifications include a background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
