Senior Production Artworker (InDesign & Corporate Publications)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Production Artworker (InDesign & Corporate Publications) to support our publishing team. In this role, we will rely on you to create and maintain templates, flow content into publication layouts, and manage large volumes of document revisions for long-form corporate reports. You will collaborate closely with our remote creative and account management teams to ensure the delivery of polished, high-quality annual reports that meet client expectations and publishing standards. 

Schedule:

  • Fixed schedule | Singapore Time Zone
  • Full-time engagement on a seasonal basis, approximately six to eight months per year
  • Follow the Singapore office holiday calendar and be flexible for overtime and weekend work during crunch periods

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and set up templates and style sheets in InDesign based on approved creative concepts
  • Flow written content into pre-approved layouts, ensuring consistency across 200+ page documents
  • Execute client amendments by reviewing annotated PDFs and updating working files accurately
  • Manage multiple rounds of iterative revisions while maintaining layout precision and design standards
  • Ensure all typographic formatting, charts, images, and page structures conform to the agreed-upon specifications
  • Support final pre-press preparations and last-minute adjustments during the report sign-off stage
  • Work as part of a team of production art workers supporting the publishing function
  • Collaborate with the creative team and account servicing teams to deliver client-ready publications
  • Operate within the client's IT environment and timesheet systems for accurate time tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in production art or desktop publishing for annual reports or long-form corporate publications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including style sheets, master pages, and template development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to document accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads under tight deadlines during peak reporting periods
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks across concurrent projects
  • Comfortable working in a remote team environment with clear communication and accountability
