Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Sales Development & Marketing Automation Specialist to manage inbound leads, execute outbound prospecting campaigns, and help book qualified sales conversations.

The ideal candidate understands modern B2B sales processes and is comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, AI research tools, and outbound automation systems to identify prospects, personalize outreach, and generate opportunities.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining sales, technology, and automation to create efficient growth systems.

Schedule:
Full Time - 40h per week - Flexible within Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM UK Time Zone


Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities

    • Research target companies and build focused B2B prospect lists.
    • Manage cold email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
    • Set up and monitor email accounts for outreach, including warm-up, inbox health and deliverability basics.
    • Respond to inbound website enquiries quickly and professionally.
    • Qualify leads and help book sales calls.
    • Maintain CRM records and track sales activity using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
    • Support simple marketing automation and outbound workflows.
    • Assist with basic website updates, SEO tasks, traffic tracking and conversion improvements.

Requirements:

    • Experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research and cold email outreach.
    • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
    • Understanding of cold email setup, email warm-up, deliverability basics and campaign tracking.
    • Strong written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups and initial prospect handling.
    • Comfortable using website and marketing tools to track leads, support automation and improve website performance.

Nice to Have Experiences:

Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress or Webflow.""
