Spanish Bilingual Property Operations Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Spanish Bilingual Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property management portfolio and lead a remote team of leasing, maintenance, collections, and administrative professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across leasing, rent collections, resident relations, maintenance coordination, occupancy management, and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive property management experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while leading distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time, with a 1-hour break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support leasing, maintenance, collections, and administrative teams to ensure efficient property operations.
  • Oversee leasing activities, renewals, notices, occupancy levels, rent collections, and delinquency follow-ups.
  • Ensure maintenance requests and work orders are completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Review team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and accountability.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and property performance.
  • Monitor key property metrics, prepare operational reports, and track overall performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and residents to resolve escalated issues and maintain resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management operations or a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience supervising leasing, maintenance, collections, administrative, and remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, renewals, rent collections, delinquency management, occupancy management, and maintenance coordination.
  • Experience managing work-order processes and day-to-day property operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
