Outbound Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Student Recruitment Specialist to identify, engage, and screen prospective students, manage the recruitment pipeline, and support enrollment goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with prospective students. 

Client Overview

Our client is a truck driving academy offering Class A and Class B CDL training and endorsement programs. The academy prepares students to pass state CDL exams and begin careers in the transportation industry. 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, flexible - either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound recruitment of students based on the provided criteria.
  • Screen candidates for English fluency and professional communication skills.
  • Review and follow complex job descriptions with multiple requirements.
  • Manage recruitment pipeline and candidate outreach.
  • Collaborate with the internal HR executive on hiring decisions.
  • Maintain high activity levels to meet fast-paced hiring timelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment and sales 
  • Must be based in or near the client's time zone for work schedule alignment.
  • Strong English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to work within US time zones and handle full-time workloads with potential overtime
  • High energy, persuasive phone presence, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an offshore setup
  • Immediate availability to support rapid hiring needs
  • Familiarity with BambooHR and ability to coordinate effectively with HR leadership and management
