Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized E-commerce Operations Specialist (Amazon and Shopify) to support order management and customer service across our primary online sales channels, Amazon and Shopify. In this part-time remote role, you will oversee daily order processing, track shipments, resolve customer issues regarding refunds or returns, and support backend administrative workflows. The ideal candidate has previous experience in e-commerce operations, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can work independently. This position requires 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule during Denmark business hours.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, flexible during client’s business hours, Denmark time (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily order processing across Amazon and Shopify
- Track shipments and ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, tracking, and support requests
- Resolve issues related to orders, refunds, and returns
- Update systems with accurate order and customer information
- Support backend operations and administrative workflows
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce support or operations
- Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable using online tools, CRMs, and support platforms
