Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager (E-Commerce & Meta Ads) to take full ownership of the digital presence for a faith, family, and country-themed apparel brand. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, manage both organic content and paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, and utilize product mockups to establish a cohesive brand aesthetic. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in an e-commerce environment and can work independently to accelerate growth for a new print-on-demand brand.

Schedule Monday - Friday, Flexible hours Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to a faith, family, and country-themed apparel brand.
  • Create engaging content using product mockup images for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Manage both organic posting schedules and paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize content performance to drive brand awareness and e-commerce sales.
  • Collaborate with the business owner during weekly check-ins to present progress and align on brand direction.
  • Research trending topics and audience behavior within the niche to inform content decisions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on content direction, posting frequency, and ad spend allocation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end social media management for e-commerce or apparel brands.
  • Strong understanding of both organic growth strategies and paid advertising on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of deliverables.
  • Professional English written communication skills and a keen eye for visual branding and consistency.
  • High level of attention to detail when creating and scheduling content.
  • Proficiency using product mockup imagery to build a cohesive and professional brand aesthetic online.
  • Competency tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to guide ongoing marketing decisions.
