This is a critical role for a specialist who thrives on data, accountability, and the opportunity to scale multiple locations through strategic paid media management.

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive acquisition across multiple locations.
  • Set up and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  • Analyze performance data to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous refinement.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively across platforms to maximize return on spend.
  • Provide regular campaign reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to scale successful ads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing high-spend PPC campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working within or alongside an in-house marketing team.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaign outcomes.
  • Bonus if you have experience in the dental or healthcare sectors.
  • It helps if you have managed multi-location local service campaigns.

Why Join This Team?

  • Direct impact on the growth and success of a scaling UK dental group.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated in-house team, including a Head of Marketing and a Graphic Designer.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over campaign strategy and performance.
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a focus on accountability and professional growth.
