Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on growth operator to build, manage, optimize, and scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) patient acquisition engine. This is a technical, execution-oriented role requiring deep mastery of GoHighLevel (GHL) operations combined with data-driven performance marketing. You will architect high-converting landing pages, lead intake forms, automated nurture workflows, and robust attribution models to seamlessly transition prospects from first click to booked consultation.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) Full Time
Key Responsibilities
-GoHighLevel Funnel Engineering: Architect, test, and optimize comprehensive GHL funnels, landing pages, multi-step intake forms, calendars, triggers, and automated nurture paths.
-Automation & Lifecycle Marketing: Develop automated messaging workflows for lead routing, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, and re-engagement via SMS and email.
-Performance Media Buying: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, targeting high-quality prospective patient flows.
-Data-Driven Optimization: Implement strict testing frameworks for ad angles, copy variants, landing page hooks, and audience segments to systematically reduce CAC and maximize ROAS.
-AI Integration: Deploy advanced AI tools to accelerate copywriting, creative asset variations, audience research, and campaign performance analysis.
-Reporting & Clear Attribution: Build and own data dashboards linking ad channels, UTM parameters, and GHL tracking to report weekly on spend, booking rates, show rates, and revenue outcomes.
-Healthcare Brand Protection: Maintain strict compliance with healthcare marketing guardrails, ensuring all patient communication is ethical, trust-building, clear, and consult-first.
Required Qualifications
-Deep, hands-on administrative expertise in GoHighLevel (snapshots, workflows, pipelines, custom values, calendar routing).
-Proven track record as a media buyer with quantifiable historic results (verifiable ROAS, CPL, CPA, and retention metrics).
-Active utilization of modern AI workflows to enhance marketing operations speed and quality.
-Strong analytical approach to marketing funnels; ability to dissect dropping conversion rates and isolate friction points instantly.
-Prior marketing experience in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, medical spas, or cash-pay clinics is highly preferred.
-Polished written and verbal English communication appropriate for a patient-facing clinical brand.
