Overview:
We are seeking two high-performing, results-driven Senior Healthcare Business Development Executive to lead B2B client acquisition for our specialized healthcare business development services, including med spas, hybrid brick-and-mortar clinics, and custom telemedicine infrastructures. In this elite, high-ticket consultative sales role, we engage directly with medical entrepreneurs, practice owners, and healthcare executives to identify operational challenges, present sophisticated compliance-conscious solutions, and convert qualified prospects into high-value, signed client agreements. This position is designed for experienced closers with a proven track record of exceeding sales metric, not entry-level appointment setters.

Responsibilities:
-B2B Outbound Lead Generation: Identify, map, and aggressively prospect high-intent leads using LinkedIn, CRM data networks, industry referrals, and online medical entrepreneur communities
-Consultative Client Discovery: Conduct structured, high-trust discovery sessions with medical founders and operators to diagnose specific business buildout requirements
-Value Presentation: Articulate the precise ROI and corporate scale advantages our build services, including medical director matching frameworks, PC/MSO corporate strategy, and clinical growth engines
-End-to-End Deal Closure: Navigate complex consultative pipelines from first conversation through deep pricing negotiations, custom proposal presentations, and final contract execution
-CRM Hygiene & Tracking: Maintain immaculate system discipline within Zoho CRM, updating deal probabilities, forecasting metrics, follow-up parameters, and granular client communication logs daily.
-Revenue Accountability: Own weekly sales performance scorecards, delivering transparent pipeline data regarding closed-won revenue, historical win rates, and average contract value metrics.
-Strategic Market Feedback: Synthesize recurring market friction points, price sensitivities, and competitive pushback into actionable insights for corporate leadership and internal marketing teams.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 10 years of professional B2B or consultative sales experience, with a clear preference for healthcare, SaaS, medical aesthetics, professional services, or revenue cycle management sectors
-Documented, quantifiable historic sales performance (verifiable quota attainment history, total closed contract values, and average deal sizes)
-Extensive experience negotiating and interfacing directly with executive-level corporate targets, medical directors, clinicians, and practice owners
-Exceptional consultative communication and objection-handling agility; ability to establish immense credibility without making overpromised clinical or legal regulatory guarantees
-Higher education degree or equivalent comprehensive professional training in Business Administration, Healthcare, Communications, or Marketing fields
-High remote sales maturity with immediate availability to commit to full synchronous alignment with Eastern Time (EST) business hours
