Position Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to serve as our primary software engineer and technical builder. This individual will work directly with the Founder & CEO and own the development, maintenance, integrations, and evolution of our platform.

Schedule

• Flexible Schedule - Dallas, TX - Central Time
• Reports To: Founder & CEO
• Works Closely With: Marketing, Revenue Management, and Supplier Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build, maintain, and optimize customer-facing and internal applications.
• Travel Integrations: Lead travel supplier and partner API integrations.
• Platform Architecture: Own overall platform architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
• Data & Automation: Support reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives across the platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Revenue Management & Finance, Business Development, and Product & Supplier Relations teams to translate business initiatives into scalable technology solutions.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic technical partner to the CEO to define our long-term technical vision.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of software engineering experience, ideally within startup or high-ownership environments.
• Core Tech Stack: Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven experience with AWS and managing third-party API integrations.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Background in travel technology, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), marketplaces, or e-commerce.
• Advanced Tech Stack: Experience with React Native, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and payment integrations.
