We are looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant / Project Manager (Telehealth Startup) to partner directly with our founder and lead the end-to-end launch of our new cash-pay platform. In this flexible, part-time role, you will tackle everything from critical HIPAA and regulatory research to coordinating website tech and AI-powered patient intake solutions. Schedule:

Flexible during client business hours (20 work hours per week) Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and setup of a new cash-pay telehealth business, from domain registration through website launch
• Research and summarize healthcare regulations related to telehealth prescription refill limits and medical licensing requirements
• Evaluate and recommend AI-powered patient intake solutions suitable for integration into the business website
• Develop structured project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and actionable next steps for the business owner
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for website development, technology setup, and compliance needs
• Provide regular progress updates and present findings in a clear, concise format for efficient decision-making

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a medical office, telehealth company, or healthcare startup environment
• Strong research skills with the ability to interpret and summarize regulatory and compliance information
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and patient data privacy best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
