Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible during the client’s business hours (20 hours per week)

Scope:

• Custom home builds, renovations, and builder rescue projects
• Residential and multi-residential design documentation
• Collaboration with estimators and project managers to ensure design-to-cost alignment
• Supporting council submission and approval processes through compliant documentation

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed residential and multi-residential architectural drawings in compliance with Australian standards and building codes
• Develop 3D facade models and front elevation renders to support client presentations and approvals
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings align with project scope, timelines, and council requirements
• Revise and update plans based on client feedback, engineering input, and regulatory changes
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all project drawings and revisions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD for residential drafting
• Solid understanding of Australian residential building codes and standards
• 2–5 years of experience in residential or multi-residential drafting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
