Job Overview

A Las Vegas-based accounting and consulting firm specializing in the hospitality industry is seeking a proactive Sales and Lead Generation Specialist. Working closely with the business owner, you will be fully responsible for driving growth by independently managing all marketing, cold outreach, and sales efforts. This full-time role operates on Pacific Standard Time and requires a highly motivated self-starter who can convert leads into clients. In addition to a base salary, this position offers an attractive, uncapped 5% cumulative recurring monthly commission structure.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm PST time with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

-Develop and implement creative, effective strategies for lead generation, including making cold calls and sending cold emails.
-Convert generated leads into sales to directly drive business growth.
-Handle the entire marketing and sales side of the business independently.
-Brainstorm and introduce innovative ideas and strategies to attract new clients
-Work self-sufficiently, maintaining a clear vision and set of goals for business expansion.

-Collaborate closely with the internal team and remain readily available for questions
during designated work hours.
-Work very closely with the business owner to align on sales goals and business
growth strategies.

Requirements

-Proven professional experience in sales and lead generation is a must.
-A "go-getter" with a proactive, self-sufficient, and driven work ethic.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative without needing
extensive training.
-Availability and commitment to work the required hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
-Experience working with consulting firms or within the hospitality sector is a
significant plus.
-High level of motivation driven by performance metrics, an uncapped bonus structure, and long-term recurring revenue.
