Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions Cold Caller  to focus on making outbound calls to identify off-market real estate opportunities for acquisition or wholesale contracts. The Cold Caller will work directly with property owners to generate leads and set appointments for the acquisitions team. This position offers the opportunity to work 40 hours per week with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Client Overview

A real estate investment company specializing in acquisitions and wholesale transactions with over 10 years of industry experience. The company is building a full-service pipeline for their acquisitions department and seeking to expand their team to support business growth.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners to identify potential off-market real estate opportunities.
• Generate leads for the acquisitions department and wholesale transactions.
• Set appointments for team members to follow up on qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in the company CRM system.
• Meet daily call volume targets of 100+ calls per day.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate acquisitions or wholesale.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-To-Have Requirements

• Experience with real estate terminology and off-market property acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
