B2B Outbound Appointment Setter

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a self-motivated and target-driven B2B Outbound Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting and appointment setting for web development services targeting small and medium businesses. You will work with pre-qualified leads generated through AI-powered tools and platforms, engaging business owners in consultative conversations to identify website optimization opportunities and schedule demos for the technical team.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100–200 outbound cold calls per day to small business owners identified through pre-qualified lead lists
  • Review prospect websites to identify specific optimization opportunities such as low SEO scores, poor mobile responsiveness, and weak online presence
  • Engage business owners in consultative conversations about their website's impact on their company image and customer acquisition
  • Collect key prospect information including owner name, direct phone number, and business details for CRM entry
  • Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of all prospect interactions and follow-up schedules
  • Set qualified appointments and demos for the technical founder to present website solutions and close deals
  • Maintain daily call volume and prospect conversion KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling and appointment setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage business owners in a professional and consultative manner
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho for pipeline management and data entry
  • Ability to quickly assess website quality and articulate improvement opportunities to non-technical prospects
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, operating within Canadian business hours
