Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect & 3D Visualization Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality landscape design documentation, 3D modeling, rendering, and project support while adhering to company standards and procedures.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Perth, AU | One-hour unpaid break during the probation period
Responsibilities:
- Prepare landscape architecture designs, plans, and documentation
- Create and manage detailed 3D models and visual presentations
- Produce high-quality renderings and project visualizations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Follow company SOPs, workflows, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English
- Track work activities and project progress through company-approved monitoring systems
Requirements:
- Degree or qualification in Landscape Architecture and proficiency in SketchUp
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
- Highly proficient in Vectorworks Landmark, or willing to learn and develop proficiency during personal study time
- Highly proficient in Chaos Enscape and Envision, or willing to learn and develop proficiency during personal study time
- Strong design, visualization, and technical documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Technical Requirements:
- Applicants must have a suitable computer capable of running the following software: SketchUp, Vectorworks Landmark, Chaos Enscape, Chaos Envision
- Candidates must provide their current computer specifications as part of their application, including operating system, processor (CPU), RAM, graphics card (GPU), storage capacity
- The company will provide all required software licenses and learning resources
Performance Monitoring:
As part of company policy, employees are required to install and use Time Doctor during agreed working hours. This system is used to:
- Monitor project productivity
- Track project deadlines and performance
- Ensure accurate timekeeping
The company will cover the monthly subscription cost of the software.
Probation Period:
- Initial 3-month probation period
- Performance, technical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit will be evaluated during this period

Equipment Support:

- Should employment end during or before the completion of the 3-month probation period, company-funded upgrade costs will be reimbursed from the employee's final payment
- After successful completion of probation, any company-funded equipment investment will be subject to a depreciation rate of 25% per annum
