Corporate Travel Consultant (Sabre)

Our client is looking for a highly skilled  Corporate Travel Consultant (Sabre) who can manage complex itineraries, process exchanges and refunds, and support corporate and entertainment travelers with accuracy and confidence. In this role, you’ll handle real-time booking requests during night shifts, resolve ticketing issues, and ensure every traveler receives smooth, reliable service. Schedule:

Flexible shift providing 24/7 coverage within UK Shift, including weekdays (evenings/nights, approx. 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends (day or night shifts). 

Responsibilities:

Flight Booking & Reservation Management

  • Use native Sabre GDS to search, book, modify, and ticket flight reservations.
  • Handle complex itineraries, including multi-city, international, corporate, and entertainment travel bookings.
  • Ensure accuracy of all reservation details, fare rules, and ticketing deadlines.

Exchanges, Refunds & Ticket Servicing

  • Process ticket exchanges, reissues, and voluntary/involuntary changes according to airline policies.
  • Handle refunds, waivers, debit memos, and fare recalculations using Sabre.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing errors or booking issues promptly.

Corporate & Entertainment Travel Compliance

  • Apply corporate travel policies, preferred airlines, negotiated rates, and approval workflows.
  • Book entertainment travel following production schedules, group requirements, and VIP handling standards.
  • Ensure traveler profiles are followed, including seating, loyalty programs, and special service requests.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English with travelers, clients, and vendors.
  • Provide timely support during night shifts, ensuring smooth travel arrangements and issue resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain updated traveler profiles and booking records.
  • Assist in generating reports related to bookings, exchanges, refunds, and policy compliance.
  • Follow internal processes, documentation standards, and shift handover procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience using native Sabre GDS for booking, ticketing, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Knowledge of airline fare rules, reissues, refunds, and general ticketing procedures.
  • Experience handling corporate or entertainment travel bookings.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage time-sensitive requests.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reservations and ticketing.
  • Good customer service skills with a professional and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to follow travel policies, instructions, and internal processes.
