Overview:
We are a growing digital marketing team supporting multiple businesses with performance-driven strategies focused on SEO, paid advertising, conversion optimization, analytics, and AI-powered workflows.
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Paid Media & AI Optimization) to execute campaigns, optimize digital performance, and support integrated marketing initiatives across organic search and paid media channels. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple client accounts, leverage marketing tools effectively, and transform strategies into measurable business results.
Schedule: Monday - Friday EST 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Full-Time (40+ hours per week)
Responsibilities:
SEO Execution & Optimization

Execute SEO strategies and roadmaps provided by marketing leadership

Perform comprehensive SEO enhancements, including technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, keyword research and clustering, content optimization, and internal linking improvements

Implement SEO recommendations across WordPress websites

Monitor organic rankings, traffic performance, and technical SEO health

Identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement

Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
Paid Media & SEM Management

Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, and retargeting campaigns), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

Manage and optimize campaign structures, keyword targeting, negative keyword lists, ad copy updates, ad extensions, audience segmentation, budget pacing, and bid adjustments to maximize advertising performance

Ensure campaigns align with performance goals and conversion objectives

Maintain strong QA standards across all campaign execution
AI-Assisted Marketing Optimization

Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to enhance marketing workflows, including keyword research and clustering, SEO content brief creation, metadata development, ad copy generation, A/B testing ideation, and performance analysis

Validate AI outputs against SEO standards, advertising guidelines, and campaign goals

Identify ways to improve efficiency through AI-assisted processes
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare SEO and paid media performance reports

Monitor KPIs and identify optimization opportunities

Support performance reporting and insights through tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Looker Studio

Assist with conversion tracking validation, Google Tag Manager troubleshooting, and campaign performance reviews to ensure accurate measurement and optimized marketing results
Proactively flag risks, errors, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:

3–5 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience

Previous digital marketing agency experience preferred

Strong experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, Google Ads optimization, and paid media execution

Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Strong understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics

Comfortable working inside WordPress environments

Strong attention to detail and QA standards

Ability to execute based on strategic direction

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Tools Proficiency:

Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI productivity tools
